Executive Santa Search

Real Santas, in additon to private party visits, also specializes in placing professional Santas at Malls, Theme Parks, Special Attractions, Media Events and Marketing Promotions.

This ranges from doing an executive search for a single Santa, to supplying over 700 Santas to make public appearances at over 2,600 venues across America in a single week.

For the Executive Searches, we handle the search and supply candidates for our clients to interview.    Upon hiring, our company is paid a commission, usually 10% of the salary for the Santa.

For marketing promotions, the client generally hires our company and we do all of the Santa contracts, background checks, insurance, etc.  Our clients include Microsoft, Walmart, Sears, Southwest Airlines, Coca-Cola and many other Fortune 500 comanies, and some of the top Shopping Attractions and Theme parks in America.

As our school has graduated over 3,500 Santa and Mrs. Claus, we offen are called to assist some of the major Mall photo companies in their search for quality Santas.
